I loved this PP cup. I used it for my small business and it works out so well and customers really compliment it saying it’s really pretty

My experience with this Alibaba supplier was beyond disappointing. I ordered PET Cups, Paper Cups, and sealing film for my new store, but encountered numerous issues. The cup sizes were completely off: 16oz cups were only 430ml, and 20oz cups were a mere 500ml. Not only that, but the logo colors didn't match the sizes as advertised. On top of that, instead of PET cup film, I received PP film, which was unusable as the hole was too small for any of the sealing machines I tried (and I tried three). These discrepancies and delays in product delivery significantly set back the opening of my store. When I contacted their customer service about these problems, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility, insisting that their products were faultless. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I strongly urge others to steer clear of this supplier to avoid similar headaches and frustrations.
